男子饭店内散发招嫖卡被拘5天

　　本报讯 (记者刘薇)李某在饭店内散发招嫖卡片被行政拘留5天,chaussures louboutin，他起诉对其进行处罚的朝阳公安分局。记者昨天获悉，市二中院终审判决驳回了李某的起诉。

　　市二中院认为，公安分局具有对辖区内发生的扰乱公共秩序的行为予以查处的法定职责。本案中，李某在设有禁止散发各种卡片提示牌的饭店内散发“招嫖卡片”，该行为属于违反《治安管理处罚法》的行为,nike air max。公安分局根据李某违法行为的情节及社会危害程度，在法定处罚种类及处罚幅度内裁量适用处罚规定，所作《处罚决定书》事实清楚、证据充分，适用法律正确,louboutin，符合法定程序，应予维护。
